1. FINAL SALE POLICY

All tickets purchased for the Behind the Business Workshop are FINAL SALE.

By purchasing a ticket, the attendee acknowledges and agrees that all ticket purchases are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, change of plans, illness, travel issues, or failure to attend the event.

2. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS

Divine Lash Lounge will not issue refunds, credits, partial refunds, or transfers due to an attendee's inability to attend the workshop.

Tickets are purchased for a specific event date and are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

3. TICKET TRANSFERS

If an attendee is unable to attend, they may request to transfer their ticket to another individual, subject to approval by Divine Lash Lounge and any applicable event requirements.

The original purchaser is responsible for notifying Divine Lash Lounge of any approved ticket transfer prior to the event.

4. EVENT CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING

In the unlikely event that Divine Lash Lounge must cancel or reschedule the workshop, attendees will be notified and provided with instructions regarding any available options.

5. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT

By purchasing a ticket to the Behind the Business Workshop, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Ticket Purchase & No-Refund Policy.
